About She.Inc
We’re building a world where she becomes unstoppable.
She.Inc is a network of educational products designed to help women learn, build, earn, and lead, on their own terms.

It started in a small co-working space with ten women and a borrowed projector.
They learned to build their first websites that weekend. A few months later, two of them landed their first jobs in tech. They told their friends. Their friends signed up for the next workshop. Word kept spreading.
Eight years later, 250,000+ women across 191 countrieshave learned to build with SheCodes, and we’ve grown into an ecosystem of seven products covering coding, AI, DJing, skincare, food tech, and free education for women in developing countries.
We’re still teaching. We’re still listening. And we’re only getting started.
What we believe
Four ideas that shape everything we build
Education is the great equalizer
When a woman learns a hard skill, she earns more, hires more women, and rewrites what her daughter believes is possible. We bet everything on this lever.
Access matters as much as quality
A world-class course no one can afford is a luxury good. We obsess over keeping our products approachable in price, schedule, and prerequisites.
Communities, not classrooms
The biggest gains come after the workshop ends, when alumnae help each other land jobs, ship side projects, and start companies.
Build with women, for women
Every product in the ecosystem is shaped by the women who use it. We listen, we iterate, and we share the wins.
The ecosystem
Different products, one mission
Each product solves a specific problem for a specific group of women. Together they form She.Inc.
Leadership
Built by people who teach
Every workshop is taught by Matt himself. Not a content team, not a contractor.

Matt is a software engineer with 10+ years of experience. He’s worked at Google and Airbnb, started a company in Silicon Valley backed by Y Combinator, and holds a Master’s in computer engineering from Canada. Originally from France, he now teaches every workshop across the She.Inc ecosystem.
His average workshop rating is 4.9 out of 5 across more than 250,000 students.
